
Mr. Anderson is the founder of Anderson & Bliven P.C. Mr. Anderson has assisted Montanans in the pursuit of justice for first as a criminal prosecutor and second pursuing the rights of innocent accident and injury victims. Mr. Anderson throughout his 18 year tenure has handled over 2000 matters seeking justice in each case. Mr. Anderson is also called upon in the most part by former clients and referrals to assist in small business matters, real estate matters and family law matters. Mr. Anderson focuses his practice on personal injury and has recovered millions for local Montanans. Mr. Anderson does not represent or defend any insurance company. Mr. Anderson received his undergraduate Bachelors of Science from the California University State system. After 4 years of college study in pre-law and political science he attended the Willamette University College of Law and graduated with honors in early spring of 1994. Within 2 weeks of graduation Mr. Anderson started his practice in Columbia Falls working for Kaplan and Curtis. Mr. Anderson worked on and managed the Curtis for Judge Campaign.
While working at Kaplan and Curtis Mr. Anderson also served as Deputy City Attorney working on all criminal matters, numerous civil matters, ex-officio member of the City Counsel, pro tem and managed all high level human resource matters. As Deputy City attorney Mr. Anderson reported directly to the Mayor and City Counsel.
In 1998 Mr. Anderson formed the current firm Anderson & Bliven P.C. with Mr. Bliven coming on board in 2002. He formed the firm with the purpose of seeking justice for those injured through no fault of their own, holding insurance companies responsible and as of late working on food poisoning products liability cases.
A lot has been accomplished in 18 years however Mr. Anderson remains committed to individual, personalized service and justice for individuals along with their families.
Mr. Anderson is also involved with his family and their community activities. He is a father of 3 and has been married to his wife Jennifer for 22 years. Mr. Anderson has also been involved in the community. He served as a Lions Member, North Valley Search and Rescue, Volunteer Firefighter and his family are parishioners of St. Richards in Columbia Fals.
